Each program is uniquely tailored and may include individualized nutrition therapy, sustainable lifestyle strategies, and weight loss medications when appropriate. I work closely with a physician who is board certified in obesity medicine to ensure your care is safe, effective, and medically sound. This team based approach allows us to create a plan that fits your body, your health history, and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all solution.
